Our pharmacy offers a free Pharmacy First service to NHS-eligible groups.
Providing Clinical Advice & Treatments for Minor Illness
Providing Pharmacy First services means we can provide clinical advice and treatment for minor illnesses, such as coughs, colds, sore throats, and skin infections, through telephone or remote video consultations.
If appropriate, we can prescribe and dispense medication free of charge for those exempt from NHS prescription charges.
Impetigo
A contagious skin infection causing red sores or blisters, often on the face and hands.
Insect Bites
Bites that become swollen, red, and painful due to bacterial infection.
Shingles
A viral infection with a painful rash, often on one side of the body.
Sinusitis
Inflammation of the sinuses, causing facial pain and a blocked or runny nose.
Sore Throat
Pain or irritation in the throat, typically from an infection.
Urinary Tract Infections
Infections of the urinary system causing pain and frequent urination.
