A brisk 10-minute daily walk has lots of health benefits and counts towards your 150 minutes of weekly exercise, as recommended in the physical activity guidelines for adults aged 19 to 64. Ramblers organises group walks for health, leisure and as a means of getting around for people of all ages, backgrounds and levels of fitness. At HPWC, it’s important for us to approach your health and wellbeing in a holistic manner. Many people may have a misconception that smoking can help relieve stress and help them relax. But it actually increases anxiety and tension.
